This exciting after-school program is offered to Wilbraham Middle School and school choice students ONLY and will run for five consecutive Fridays, beginning January 8th. Ski Sundown offers 15 lighted slopes, two terrain parks, and a full service lodge for a complete evening of skiing and snow boarding fun. Students leave for Ski Sundown after school at 2:30PM on a chaperoned chartered coach for four hours of either skiing or snowboarding, returning to the Middle School at approximately 10:00PM.
- Registration will run October 20 - October 27th online
- Separate payments are required for WPRD Bus Transportation and Ski Sundown online registration
- Please make sure to complete both payments and all forms on BOTH websites (WPRD and Ski Sundown). This is a 2 step online registration process.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE COMPLETE:
STEP 1: BUS REGISTRATION THROUGH WILBRAHAM PARKS AND REC
- WPRD: Ski Program bus registration and payments are paid online at WilbrahamRec.com. Utilizing your Checking account is encouraged to avoid credit/debit card convenience fees.
STEP 2: SKI SUNDOWN ONLINE REGISTRATION THROUGH SKI SUNDOWN
- READ THROUGH THE SKI SUNDOWN GROUP CODE AND PARENT LETTER. This letter has the links for registration options for your child!
- Ski Sundown: Register online and pay through skisundown.com
- Create an online account and complete the Parent Profile or sign into existing account at skisundown.com.
- Select Family and Add Family Member – To add a family member, go to the My Account icon and click on Family. Enter all information for each child.
- Links and package options are noted on SkiSundown INFO LETTER (Lift/Lesson, Lift Only, Passholder Lesson and Rentals).
- Use the school promo code WILBRAHAMMIDDLE to apply at checkout. Be sure to enter this code before purchase is complete. NOTE: SkiSundown recommends saving your credit card information on your account so it is accessible for future purchases or refunds.
- Ski Sundown Online Participant and Parent/Guardian must watch the Ski Sundown NSSA Safety Video and review Ski Sundown Guidelines.
Step 3. Participant Information Sheet: Please complete this form and return to WPRD, can be emailed to recreation@wilbraham-ma.gov. This sheet will be shared with the trip chaperones.
Step 4. Chaperones: Print form, complete form, and drop off to WPRD (or email to recreation@wilbraham-ma.gov).
**Registration is NOT complete if payment and forms are not submitted on BOTH WPRD and Ski Sundown sites. ONLY EXCEPTION: Kids with Ski Sundown season passes that don't need lessons or equipment, will only have to register for WPRD bus transportation.

- Online registration for ski program (lift, rentals, lessons) is required at Ski Sundown
- Online registration for bus transportation to mountain is required at WilbrahamRec.com

**Only Wilbraham Middle School and school choice students are eligible. Space is limited to 50 participants and is filled on a first to register basis**

*NOTE: All credit card charges are subject to a convenience fee.
*For those students using their own equipment, it can be dropped off in the Front Vestibule at WMS up until 7:30AM
