Registration Deadline

Deadlines are used as a tool to determine whether there is enough interest in a program to run it.
 
Late Fees
Late registrations will be accepted based on available space.  Late Fees for all activities will be assessed at the following rate:        
         
$10.00 after registration deadline for 13 days
 
$20.00 after registration deadline and 14 days
 
Late fees are not assessed to penalize, but to encourage residents to register early so the staff can have sufficient time to plan, meet league deadlines, order enough program supplies, trophies, t-shirts, etc, assign coaches, and create practice and game schedules.  A portion of all late fees goes into our scholarship fund. Late fees are assessed per family, not child. For example, if a family registers 3 children late for 3 programs, only one late fee will apply. Families will need to call the office to register to avoid multiple late fees. ALL LATE FEE ASSESSMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
