2026 Cross Country - Grades 5-8
Registration will run online from August 4 - August 31Join the fun as we head into our seventh year of cross country. Get out and enjoy an awesome introduction to the most scenic running sport.Cross country is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on outdoor courses over natural terrain such as dirt or grass. It's also a great way to stay in shape and develop good fitness habits.*Thursdays: 5:30pm-7:00 pm at Minnechaug Regional High School*Saturdays: 9am-10:30am at Minnechaug Regional High School*Meeting times could change based on coaches availability*Program will run September 10 through November 7 (No program on October 10)The team will participate in a meets in Longmeadow, Granby and to end the season in Devens, MA. More details to follow. Participants will be introduced to the sport of cross country and will train to run distances of up to 5K, depending on their age. There will be a strong emphasis on physical fitness and improving on their best individual times. Practices will be held weekly, on Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings at Minnechaug Regional High School.

The Futsal & Street Soccer Adaptive Soccer Program provides athletes with disabilities (including Level 1 Autism) a supportive and engaging environment to develop their soccer skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game. Designed for players of all abilities, this program emphasizes teamwork, skill-building, and fun through modified gameplay and adaptive techniques tailored to individual needs.
Led by Futsal Street Soccer experienced coaches, our program ensures that every athlete receives the support they need to participate fully. We focus on fostering a sense of community, enhancing motor skills, and promoting social interaction in a safe and inclusive setting.

Falcon Suburban Basketball Preseason Clinic (Coed)Shake off the rust and gear up for the Suburban Basketball tryouts! This dynamic program includes small-sided games and various stations designed to prepare players for the suburban basketball tryouts. Participants will have the chance to master advanced skills and pick up new drills for practice at home. The program is exclusively available to Hampden/Wilbraham residents and is designed for experienced basketball players. Space is limited, so act fast! Coach Zimmer, the Head Coach of the Ludlow High School Boys Basketball team, will be the lead instructor. Entering his 10th season with Ludlow High, Coach Zimmer has led three teams to state playoffs and boasts a top 10 ranking in all-time wins and the second-highest winning percentage at the school. All of the classes will include both instruction and games, but the last class with be more focused on the games component with a Team Challenge. Four sessions will be offered: Saturday September 12, 19, 26 & October 3 Makeup dates if needed: Sunday, September 13, 20, 27 & October 4All sessions will be held at the Minnechaug High School CourtsGrades K-2: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM ($75)Grades 3-6: 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM ($75)Grades 7-12: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM ($100)Each player will need to have their own tennis racket.Non-Wilbraham residents are welcome.See you on the courts!

2026 Cross Country - Grades 5-8
Registration will run online from August 4 - August 31Join the fun as we head into our seventh year of cross country. Get out and enjoy an awesome introduction to the most scenic running sport.Cross country is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on outdoor courses over natural terrain such as dirt or grass. It's also a great way to stay in shape and develop good fitness habits.*Thursdays: 5:30pm-7:00 pm at Minnechaug Regional High School*Saturdays: 9am-10:30am at Minnechaug Regional High School*Meeting times could change based on coaches availability*Program will run September 10 through November 7 (No program on October 10)The team will participate in a meets in Longmeadow, Granby and to end the season in Devens, MA. More details to follow. Participants will be introduced to the sport of cross country and will train to run distances of up to 5K, depending on their age. There will be a strong emphasis on physical fitness and improving on their best individual times. Practices will be held weekly, on Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings at Minnechaug Regional High School.

The Falcon Volleyball Program is a fun, fast-paced volleyball program for both beginner and advanced players from 2nd grade – 9th grade. The program runs on SUNDAYS for six weeks, September 6 - October 11, at Wilbraham Monson Academy Gym - Minis (Grades 2-5) meet 9 - 11am - Juniors (Grades 6-9) meet 11am - 1pmCoach Devine welcomes all interested players to this co-ed program. Each year he focuses this well-rounded program on the basics of serving, receiving, setting, spiking, blocking, offense, and defense, as well as participating in game play.There are a limited number of spots in each division - spaces are filled on a first-come basis.REGISTRATION RUNS: August 4 - August 31st for Wilbraham and Hampden residents (online and at WPRD Office)August 11 - August 31st for Non-residents (online and at WPRD Office)Registration fee is $75 for Wilbraham and Hampden residents and $100 for non-residents.

Adaptive Soccer Program FOR PLAYERS AGES 4-10
The Futsal & Street Soccer Adaptive Soccer Program provides athletes with disabilities (including Level 1 Autism) a supportive and engaging environment to develop their soccer skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game. Designed for players of all abilities, this program emphasizes teamwork, skill-building, and fun through modified gameplay and adaptive techniques tailored to individual needs.
Led by Futsal Street Soccer experienced coaches, our program ensures that every athlete receives the support they need to participate fully. We focus on fostering a sense of community, enhancing motor skills, and promoting social interaction in a safe and inclusive setting.
