Pickleball 401 R.U.E. (Reduced Unforced Errors) Class Register View Cart

One of the most important aspects of improving in pickleball is minimizing unforced errors. Many points in a match are lost simply due to inconsistency, poor shot execution, or not being able to control the ball under pressure. This 4 week class will help to engrave skills into muscle memory, so that when the moment comes in a match, your body instinctively knows what to do — whether it’s hitting a consistent dink, blocking a  powerful drive at you, or responding to a tricky serve.  Class will cover:
  • Targeted skill drills: Working on specific strokes but with a focus on precision, consistency, and adaptability, looking at grip, paddle angle, follow-through, stroke mechanics.
  • Footwork drills: Improving court movement and agility to ensure your footwork is helping you not hindering your performance
  • Shot variations:  build a core set of reliable shots that you can depend on in every match (whether it's mastering the dink, improving forehand consistency, or getting the serve exactly where you want it)
  • Simulated match situations: provide game-like pressure scenarios to practice maintaining focus, even when the intensity rises to help stay composed and reduce the chance of simple mistakes.
