Pre-K Basketball is an introductory and instructional program that teaches basketball
skills in a fun and non-competitive environment. The program is designed to teach parents and children the fundamentals of the sport while building the participants' confidence.
Participants will develop the basic motor skills necessary to play basketball through dribbling, passing and shooting as well as having fun! Your child must be able to listen and follow directions.
Parents may be required to participate in portions of the class. Program is for Wilbraham residents only.
COACHES: NEW STRUCTURE!
Our Preschool Basketball Program is dependent on volunteer parent coaches and assistant coaches this year! This is a parent-child program and we are asking that at least one parent for each group be the head coach as well as have parent assistant coaches to lead each session. If you or someone you know is interested in being a head or assistant coach this season, please indicate so when registering your child.
IF WE DON'T HAVE PARENT COACHES TO LEAD THE PROGRAM, THEN THE SESSION WILL NOT RUN.

DATES: Six Saturdays, January 4 - February 8, 2025 (Makeups will be held on 2/22 if needed).
TIME: Session will be 45 minutes in length on Saturday mornings from either 10-10:45 AM or 11-11:45 AM.
LOCATION: Memorial School Gym, 310 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA
AGES: 4-5 year olds
FEE: $70 residents (Wilbraham residents only)
REGISTRATION: Tuesday, November 26 - Monday, December 9 (late fee applies after 12/9)
