In this 6 week clinic, adult participants enjoy a fitness first approach using traditional karate basics. Hands on self-defence will be featured with a safety first curriculum. Students will enjoy the fitness benefits of martial arts activities as well as gain an interest in learning the art. 

Instructor Sensei Allen Majane, owner of Shobukan Western Mass Martial Arts Academy, has 34 years training, 29 years of teaching experience, and is a 6th degree black belt.
