Garden Club Winter Session

The Garden Club is an after school program with a variety of activities thoughout the year that provide hands-on learning in relation to gardening, food, and nature! The garden club will allow children to use math and science skills in a fun and relaxed way. Participants will learn about geography and history in relation to what we are growing in our garden or what we are cooking with. Winter growers will be looking at different grains and beans from around the world. Children will explore new recipes to take home to eat, make seed mosaics, and will learn about plants that survive all winter long in Western Massachusetts. 

Program Schedule for Winter Growers Grades 1-2
TIME: Thursdays 4:00 - 5:00 PM
DATES: February 8th - March 21nd (no class 2/22)
LOCATION: Memorial School, Little Wilbraham Wing Room 6B
COST: $120 resident / $130 non-resident
REGISTRATION: January 9th - January 29th

TIME: Fridays 4:00 - 5:00 PM
DATES: February 9th - March 22nd (no class 2/23)
