Female Doubles Pickleball Tournaments
Saturday September 23rd, EDGE Pickleball will be hosting two female pickleball tournaments--Over 55 Female and Under 55 Female.
Open to: Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Intermediate Players
As a minimum, each player must
--Have played before
--Understand the basic rules
--Be able to keep score
--Able to volley
--Can sustain short rallies
--Able to hit serve and return
Round Robin Team Format
--Can sign up with or without a partner (Each partner needs to sign-up separately). If you need a partner and someone else signs up looking for a partner, we will team you up together
--Matches played to 11, win by 1
--Medals awarded to top 3 teams
Females OVER 55 Tournament Details
DATE: Saturday, September 23rd
TIME: 1:00 pm (warmups start at 12:30 pm)
OPEN TO: Females over 55
COST: $25 Resident / $35 Non-Resident
LOCATION: Memorial School, 310 Main Street Wilbraham
REGISTRATION: September 5th - 20th
Females UNDER 55 Tournament Details
DATE: Saturday, September 23rd
TIME: 6:00 pm (warmups start at 5:30 pm)
OPEN TO: Females Under 55
COST: $25 Resident / $35 Non-Resident
LOCATION: Memorial School, 310 Main Street Wilbraham
REGISTRATION: September 5th - 20th
Note: There is a minimum number of participants required for event to take place and left to Tournament Directors discretion
Participants should:
- Wear comfortable athletic clothing and athletic footwear
- Bring a drink to hydrate
- Bring your paddle
